Readings with me happen real-time online via zoom (unless you live in Berlin). Sessions can be recorded if you wish. If so, I will send you a download link to your recording within 48 hours of your completed session.*

When you book a session with me, you will receive a link to our zoom meeting via e-mail. At the time of our scheduled session, simply click the link to open the video chat. If you do not receive a link or have trouble with zoom please e-mail me directly here.

If you are booking an astrological natal chart, make sure to provide your exact time, date and location of birth.

SCHEDULING POLICIES

Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled up to 48hrs in advance of your appointment without fault. You can do this by clicking the rescheduling link in your original confirmation e-mail. Sessions rescheduled within 48 hours of your appointment are subject to a 50% rescheduling fee. To reschedule a session within 48hrs of your appointment, please e-mail me here.

No-Shows
If you do not show up to your scheduled session within 15 minutes of the start of appointment, your session will be considered a no-show. No-show appointments are non-refundable.

Please note that showing up late to an appointment is the client’s responsibility and therefore will cut the client’s reading time, and there will be no extensions.
