Who: Elia diane Fushi Bekene (they/them/theirs), or Care, is a light-skinned Black trans non binary trauma-informed Care practitioner and artist who works on re-membering experiences of awe, miracles, connection & Care. Their work blooms at the intersection of Black interiority, somatic memory & queer intimacies.
They have been particularly tender about biomimicry for a while now, especially applied to practices of Care & healing.
